Secure payment at Richard Diffusion
Since 1992, we've been working with you on your hospitality and catering projects. We opt for totally secure payment methods, to make your payments more serene and easier for everyone. You also have the option of paying in 3 or 4 instalments for private customers, or in instalments over 30 days for professionals.
We offer you a flexible and secure payment system:
1. Payment by credit card via Payplug.
Pay quickly and simply with your credit card via Payplug's 100% secure online payment solution. Payments by CB, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
2. Payment in instalments.
For private customers via Oney:
Pay in 3x or 4x by Visa or Mastercard with the Oney service. A simple, fast and secure method with an immediate response after validation of the online form.
For professionals, Pledg offers a payment solution in instalments or within 30 days:
- Payment in 3 instalments (cost: 1.5% of the purchase amount)
- Payment in 4 instalments (cost: 2.3% of the purchase amount)
- Payment in 5 instalments (cost: 3.1% of the purchase price)
- Payment in 6 instalments (cost: 3.8% of purchase price)
- 30-day deferred payment: (cost: 1.5% of purchase price)
3. Payment by cheque.
It is possible to pay by cheque. When you choose this method of payment, you will be given the details (including amount, order and address).
4. Payment by instant or classic bank transfer.
You can pay for your order by transferring funds from your account via our IBAN. This will be communicated to you in the e-mail confirming your order (or by clicking on "more" when you choose this method of payment). We will process your order as soon as we receive your transfer. Your goods will be held for you for 2 days.
Richard Diffusion uses a high-performance SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system to protect all sensitive data linked to your payment methods.
Payzen partner:
For transaction security, Richard Diffusion uses its partner Payzen, which is subject to the "PCI-DSS" (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) security standard. During payment, your bank details are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol, then transmitted to servers that are the only ones able to decrypt them.
To prevent misuse and/or fraud, authorizations and bank details are checked directly with your bank.
Richard Diffusion never has access to confidential payment information, which remains encrypted throughout the process.
