Protecting products before shipment
Securing your order is a very important step in our delivery process. We take great care to prevent any risks associated with transport, so that you can be sure your order is delivered correctly. Our products are palletized, strapped and shrink-wrapped in the best possible way to ensure they are well protected.
Prices and delivery times
Delivery charges are calculated according to department and weight of goods. By default, we require an appointment with the carrier. Delivery times are 15 days, depending on stock. In the case of personalized or made-to-measure orders, delivery times may vary according to the time required for manufacture.
Good reception practices
- Check the nature, quantity and condition of your order. Check your goods in the presence of the driver within 20 minutes of receipt.
- Record all your detailed observations on the original delivery receipt with your signature, the date, the company stamp and the carrier's co-signature.
- If the driver is unable or unwilling to wait the statutory 20 minutes to inspect the order, it is imperative to note "inspection impossible, driver unable to wait" on the delivery receipt and confirm your reservations within 3 days by registered letter.
Please note that "subject to unpacking" has no legal value.
In the event of a problem after receipt of your parcel, you can contact us with your order reference to initiate a procedure. Our team will quickly provide technical and commercial solutions in the event of a problem.
