In order to drill the trays without going through them, you need to drill with an 8mm wood bit.

You must not exceed 14mm.

Ideally, you should use a drill bit as shown in the following photo:

There are 2 options for the inserts kit, which is a fastening system enabling you to assemble your base and tray.

- SUPPLY KIT OF 4 INSERTS TO BE ATTACHED YOURSELF: we supply the inserts for your trays (4 per tray), and it's up to you to drill your tray and attach the inserts.

- INSTALLATION AND SUPPLY OF INSERTS KIT: we drill your tray in our workshop and install the inserts. Once we've received it, all you have to do is assemble your tray and base.

Please note: if you would like us to fit your inserts to your tray and you don't want us to fit the base, please send us a sample or template of your base so that we can drill the tray correctly.
