Once you have confirmed your order on our website, our team takes care of its preparation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail informing you that it has left our premises. You will then be contacted by the carrier in charge of delivery to arrange an appointment.

As long as you have not received the dispatch e-mail, the order is still being prepared. Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
